Hi,

Good to hear from you again.

From the tablet that you are taking you are having hypothyroidism. Please do not worry you are not having any serious disease and it can be very well controlled with medicines that you are taking.

Hypothyroidism means your thyroid gland which is situated in neck is not producing required quantity of thyroid hormone. So you need to take this in form of tablets. Thyroid hormone is basic fuel for the body.

Some gastric discomfort, mood swings, depression are very common with hypothyroidism.

After starting the tablets your symptoms will definitely improve and go and you will be fine. Your doctor will advise regular thyroid hormone blood check up and will adjust the dose of drugs accordingly.

Please keep follow up with your doctor on regular basis.

In general

Continue active life.
Take good healthy diet
Stop worrying
You can try yoga, meditation
Do regular exercise
Keep your self busy and avoid staying alone
Share your concerns with your family member/friend and your doctor.

I hope this helps.

Please write again if you have something more to ask.

In case you do not have further query, please accept the answer.
