Brief Answer:
Vocal nodule

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Thanks for putting up the query.

The laryngoscopy report says there is a vocal cord nodule.

Vocal cord nodule is a benign pathology and usually associated with vocal strain. Surgery is required if there is hoarseness of voice or pain or any doubt regarding pathology.

It'll be better to suggest you further only once I get to see the actual laryngoscopy picture. Please upload it too.

Any further questions are always welcome.

Take care
Thanks and regards

Brief Answer:
Vocal polyp

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the pictures.
You are having a vocal cord mass on the left cord.
From the appearance it doesn't seem to be malignancy at all but it is advisable to get it excised by microlaryngeal surgery and get the mass tested for histopathological evaluation.
I hope my advise proves helpful.
Any further questions are always welcome.
Take care
Thanks and regards
