Brief Answer:
Your symptoms seem to be related to Pinguecula, follow the advice below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and the pictures, so here is my advice.

Your symptoms seem to be related to Pinguecula.

It is a diagnosis characterised by the thickening of the conjunctiva close to the cornea.

It is caused by the sun damage to the eye or dry eyes.

I recommend you to use sunglasses to protect your eyes from the sun.

I would also recommend using prescription based eye drops such as Tobradex.

You can also use anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day after food if there's pain.

If the symptoms continue you should see an Ophthalmologist for a physical examination and further treatment.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
