Brief Answer:
NONSIGNIFICANT CHANGES

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It's sinus rhythm with normal rate, rhythm and axis. T wave flattening in avl which is usually an age related change but no other significant St t abnormalities seen.
So, there is minor changes likely age related. However, obtain echo if patient is having any chest pain or any risk factors are present.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
