Brief Answer:
There is no Malignancy

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I saw the reports.
1.There was a suspicious lesion in the right Testis.PET scan also didn't confirm the nature of the lesion. In Biopsy after Orchidectomy,it proved to be Benign, not cancer.
2.The enlarged Lymph node which was removed is also benign, not cancerous.
3.Exact diagnosis is Interstitial Leydid cell Hyperplasia with Epididymal cyst. The report clearly mentioned that they there is no neoplasia (Cancer)
4.As the Testis is removed completely, Prognosis is good.
5.There will be no Complications.
6.When Ultrasound was done initially, there was a suspicious lesion in the Right Testis.PET Scan was also done.It also showed the lesion. But,the exact diagnosis was not made.Exact diagnosis will be by Histopathological examination (Biopsy)only. After removal of Testis along with Spermatic cord, lymph node,it confirmed that it is not a cancerous lesion, only benign condition.
Nothing to worry.
Hope I answered your questions. If you want some more information,I will clarify further.
Wish you good health
Regards
