Brief Answer:
Post prandial distress syndrome

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Your mother is having features of postprandial distress syndrome.

Though she should get relief with Sompraz D she is not getting any. So instead of it she can take Ganaton Total once a day before breakfast.
If endoscopy not done already kindly get it done.

Her lab reports also show she has Vitamin D deficiency. If vitamin D supplements prescribed already, she has to take it.

Dr. R. K.

As you mentioned it could be Post prandial distress syndrome. What can be done in order to overcome from this how many days would be there does it goes by itself or should we take any medication to overcome from that?

Also please suggest some foods which my mother can have which would not cause gastric?

Brief Answer:
Answer given below

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Yes, for endoscopy she has to be on empty stomach with at least 6-8 hours of fasting.
She has to be on medications for at least 4 weeks.

Coffee, Citrus, spices, onion, tomatoes cause increased acidity.

Apple cider vinegar may not provide any relief
