I Had A Sex With Sex Worker, My Condom Would Get Burst, Or I Have Done Sex Without Condom I Have To Worry Of Hiv Positive , Or Can Be Relax And What Is The Accuracy Of Below Test In Percentage Maner ?
Question: Dear Sir,
I had a sexy with sexy worker, while doing sexy I was drunk, so I have a fear while doing sexy my condom would get burst, or I have done sexy without condom.
While doing sexy my penis was not erect properly and my semen was not come out.
I only Remember last moment, when she was doing hand job,l saw my penis was covered with condom , after that i stop doing sexy with her due alcohol effect. But I also worry about unwanted standing position when i lift her with my both hand and put my penis inside her, before that he put other condom for double protection, but second condom had cover only half of my penis.
Major Concern : nipples suck,Condom burst .
My question Should I have to worry of hiv positive , or can be relax and what is the accuracy of below test in percentage maner .
Medical examination _ After post exposure of 12 day I consult infection specialist doctors, he ask me to do HiV RNA pcr test qualitative( post exposure 12 day). Test principal ( Real time pcr), Equipment _ COBAS Ampliprep and COBAS Taqman

I actually want to know the accuracy of the mentioned test and should I am free from HIV fear .
Before exposure I was having some cuts mark on my penis, can virus transmitted from this cuts , or if transmitted then how much percentage can detected in above HIV RNA PCR test which I have done.
The percentage of 20 copies/ ml detection is enough to detect the virus in 12 day of post exposure .
Can you tell me how much change of getting final results in my favour, in above conditions

There is every possibility of your sex partner would have remained uninfected with HIV, then there is no question of you got infected.
Nipple sucking and hand job were not having any risk for HIV transmission. Condom broken can have a risk, in case, if your partner has HIV infection.
Even though HIV RNA PCR can detect the infection as early as possible within 7days after the infection, it can be considered as conclusive only by 3-4 weeks after the exposure. So your 12 days Non-reactive test reports of Real time RNA PCR and 4th generation combo test and tests for Hepatitis couldn't be taken as conclusive. I don't have any idea about whether this real time RNA PCR is FDA approved one or not. But their reliability is very high to the extent of 99% after 4 weeks as far as as HIV 1 is concerned and not for HIV 2 infection. If you want to rule out both HIV 1 and 2, repeat the 4th generation HIV Combo test 12 weeks after the exposure.

What precaution should I take , that infection couldn't spread from me to other. I always share my towel soap glass etc with my friend and family.
Till now I was considering my report as 90 percent accurate, but thanks to you to clear my vision on my reports I will take precautions while meet with my friend and family.
