Brief Answer:
Yes, climate change has effect on the spread the flu.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

Flu (Influenza) is a type of infection caused by a virus called Influenza. Yes, the flu virus spreads faster in colder temperatures and causes more diseases than it does in warmer temperatures. Therefore flu outbreaks mostly happen in a winter season.
In case of UAE, the flu season starts from early October till March, peaking in December and January. Therefore vaccination is recommended every October.

I hope the above information will be helpful for you. Please, feel free to ask me if there is anything else you need to know.

Thank you,

Brief Answer:
Following previously mentioned measures lead your recovery in 2-3 days

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

Yes, heat exhaustion could take a week or longer if you expose yourself to the heat, and do not start adequate measures. Even heat exhaustion may lead to heat stroke a more severe condition.
With the following previously mentioned measures (staying cool and hydrated) people usually recover in 2-3 days.
After recovery try to limit time spent in heat and gradually increase the time until you are adapted to it. People who are not used to hot weather are especially susceptible to heat exhaustion.
