Could A Penis Be Small Because Of Phimosis Even After Circumcision?

Question: I had this exact same problem. Went to see a doctor, they said I need to get curcumsize because it's got infected. So I did, I'm thinking my penis is small cus of phimosis. Is it true? Since the foreskin can't expand, the penis can't grow or expand as well. If it's true, how can I make it bigger and longer to what my size suppose to be. I hate my life cus of this, can't do whatever I want in life, cus its so embarrasing. I'm 38 by the way.

I believe this is the reason cus before I was circumsized. When I pulled back the forskin, it got stuck behind the head and it was so thight it hurted.

The extra skins was stuck behind the head. It couldn't stretch out. If it could have stretched out, my penis would be longer and or bigger?

If I wasn't curcumsized, wouldn't my penis be bigger cus of the extra skin layer? Why before I got curcumsized, did the foreskin get stuck behind the head then. Also, I believe every guys penis is bigger and longer than mine eventhough they younger than me and shorter and smaller than me.
