Brief Answer:
Regarding lesion on leg

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

It seems more like a scab. How long since you have noticed it?
Another possibility is that it could be seborrheic keratosis. Seborrheic keratosis is an epidermal skin lesion. It is benign and is usually long standing. There are neighboring lesions too and it occurs at sites of sun damage like extensor arms.
