Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Regarding your concern, I would explain that the dizzy spell does not seem to be related to the ECG findings.

Anyway, I would like to directly review you resting ECG report for a more professional opinion.

You should know that ECG finding should be correlated with the patients complaints and cardiac enzymes.

A cardiac ultrasound would give more information on the heart function and structure and also on the myocardial tissues (if there are any signs of past infarction).

Regarding the dizzy spell, I would recommend you to perform a brain MRI and a Doppler ultrasound of the carotid arteries in order to examine the blood flow to the brain and investigate for any possible brain stroke or TIA (transient ischemic attacks). An inner ear disorder can not be excluded either.

In the meantime, it is necessary to closely monitor your blood pressure values. You should know that blood pressure fluctuations can lead to dizzy spells.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
