Drink lukewarm water with lemon and honey,after getting up in the morning.
Take Apple cider vinegar,1tsf in a glass of water twice a day before the meals.
Be physically active and do exercise atleast for 40 minutes daily,five days a week.
Start strength training.
Do not be sleep deprived.

Stress causes the release of catecholamines which encourages belly fat deposition.
