Constant Discomfort And Pain In Wrists And Fingers. Having Pain In Joint, Knee And Ankles. Help?

Question: Constant discomfort and pain in wrists,fingers, sometimes sharp needle like passing pain in fingers. also pain around other joint areas,ankles knees and stiffnes. Been on waiting list for physio for several months gp prescribed irobrufoen doesn't help. started going to private physio she says I have weakness in my tendons,liagaments but physio will help strengthen but will not solve it.

There may be various reasons for pain.
You need proper clinical examination,history and investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,RBS,LFT,RFT,Lipid profile,urine RE/ME,serum calcium level,vitamin D level,RA factor,Anti CCP,ANA Profile,HLA B27,Ultrasound of abdomen,X-ray both hands AP.Further investigations may be done if needed.

All types of arthritis should be ruled out. Proper treatment can be done after clinical examination and investigations.
If there is weakness in tendons and ligaments then also its cause should be investigated.
You should consult rheumatologist.
