Child With Distended Stomach. On Gluten Free Diet And Limited Dairy. What Could Be The Cause?

Question: Hi there, I have a 5 yr old boy who's stomach has always been distendedbut recently it's really bad and uncomfortable for him. He is on a gluten free diet and limited dairy and on a very good preservative additive free diet and I don't know what else could be causing this????

There are many reasons for the distention of stomach.

I need some more information related to his problem of distention.

Is there any history of vomitings or pain abdomen associated with stomach distention?

Has history of constipation or flatulence?

Any history of pica?

Any history of food allergy?

Any investigations done for this problem and their results?

Kindly provide the information related to his complaints so that I can address in a better way.
