Brief Answer:
Aphthous Ulcer.Avoid Antifungal cream-painful

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to the XXXXXXX

Diagnosis is Aphthous Ulcer.
No effective treatment.Quite painful. Non contagious.
Aim of the treatment is to give relief from pain.

These ulcers are usually self limiting but may take long time one week to two.

Anesthetic gel are available in the market like (mucopain gel. dologel etc) These gel can be applied many times a day especially before meals, so that child can accepts orally.

Clotrimazole gel to be avoided as it may be painful to child. It is used for the fungal infection of oral cavity (oral thrush).

Hope the query is answered.
Please feel free for further clarification.
Thanks
