My baby has a small lump on his shoulder blade. it has no pain and it sightly flattens out when i move the hand. it does have a slight bluish tinge

Probably a your child hsd developed a hemangioma.
It is a localised dilation of blood vessels.
I would like to know whether this lesion is since birth.
Please upload a photograph of the lesion . this will hlp Me in giving a closer diagnosis..
