12 year old Son has had a phlegmy cough for about a week and today has red blotches on his trunk. No Fever, doesn't feel "bad", slight stuffy nose this morning. Did comment this morning that it felt like he had "bumps" on the bottom of his feet making it feel weird to walk on. Not Painful or anything visually wrong. with feet.

You mentioned your 12yrs. old son has had phlegm cough for one week, now got red blotches on his trunk no fever and he got feeling of "bumps" on the bottom of his feet. Before going any further can you let me know about the blotches.
Do those bloches disappear on pressure or remain unchanged as soon as possible.? This is important to know the next possible step.
Kindest regards Dr. S.K.Mukherjee
