Brief Answer: looks like urine infection. Detailed Answer: Hi XXXXXXX Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic. Burning urination, frequency of urination, crying while passing urine along with fever are symptoms of urinary tract infection. This infection has to be confirmed by testing his urine sample for complete urine examination and urine for culture and sensitivity. Urine culture and sensitivity will identify culprit bacterial organism and helps to choose an appropriate antibiotic by the sensitivity report. Urinary tract infection requires treatment with antibiotic. Before the start of antibiotic urine sample to be given for the above tests. Continue paracetamol for fever in prescribed dose. Ask him to drink plenty of water. Nothing to worry. Consult the Pediatrician for clinical examination, ordering for urine investigations, and to prescribe an appropriate antibiotic to treat the urine infection. Hope I have answered your query, if you have any clarification please let me know. Regards.
