Child Got Hit On Head. Feeling Dizzy And Hurting Neck. Should I Consult A Doctor?
Question: My son and another boy ran into each other and my son fell backwards a hit his head on black top. He needed help up not sure if he passed out. He was walked to nurse was alittle unsteady. He has had a head ache today and was dizzy. Hours later now and complaining his neck hurts ? Should we go to ER ?

2.vomiting
3. seizures.
4. blood coming out of ear, nose or throat
5. If you are worried.
If he is having food and doing regular activities , there should be nothing to worry.
