1. Ear infection.
2. Migraine headache.
3. Dental abscess.
4. Anaemia.
A direct physical examination is needed to detect the cause. You can consult an ENT specialist and a dentist to find out the cause. Infections may need early antibiotic treatment for symptomatic relief.
