Hello
You might be suffering from a condition called as epidermolysis bullosa.
It is usually seen in old age and blisters develop at sites of friction.
As face is least prone to friction blisters dont develop here.
Biopsy may be require to confirm.
Can you please upload a photograph of the lesions.
