You can take zincovit+mineral+zinc tablets but take it under medical supervision. Zincovit is an advanced formula of high concentration of vitamins, essential minerals and Zinc.Zinc is needed for rowth, carbohydrate metabolism, nutrient assimilation, maintenance of enzyme system, healthy bones, skin, collagen, protein synthesis and reproductive organs.

Zinc has also been found to be very important for boosting up immunity since T-cell producing thymus gland depends on regular supply of zinc for its normal phagocytic functions including maturation of T-cells.Simultaneous deficiencies in Vitamins A,E,B6 and C,also result in impaired cell mediated immunity and reduced antibody responses.

But if you are allergic to any vitamins, then it is best to take it under your doctor’s guidance.
