Hi,
PCOD is a different entity and the underlying cause for your weight gain will be hormonal changes induced by PCOD, we have to tackle that aspect first and simply controlling food intake won’t give any results.
In PCOD there will be multiple hormone changes you may require drugs like insulin.
You have to get a thyroid function test as well.
