Brief Answer:
Can avoid isotretinoin at present.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

20 mg of isotretinoin is a low dose of isotretinoin to cause any complications after permanent tattooing but since you have taken it for a long time I would recommend you to avoid going for a tattoo at present.

Sometimes tattooing can cause delayed healing in persons on isotretinoin.

You can go for tattooing 1 month after stopping isotretinoin.

Hope I have answered your query.
