Question: is there any way to do weight loss surgery to remove fat from belly without been put to sleep also I have over size belly lap that hangs low in the way of me walking I like get help for it cause its hard to walk or go to bathroom

You would need to be put to sleep. If you are not put to sleep, the pain would be unbearable and no surgeon would accept to operate on a patient without proper anesthesia. However, anesthesia is very safe and there should be no reasons for you to decline this.
