Brief Answer:
Varicocele should always be operated as early as possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for posting your query to the forum.

I can understand your concern for the varicocele.

As you must be knowing that it is enlargement of veins at the scrotal region and is very commonly found clinical condition.

Regarding your queries:

1- Can Varicocele make rash in the skin

@ No. It can never cause any skin rash as is not related to any skin condition.

2- how long does it take to become Sterile if i still have pain and did not do the surgery.

@ It is variable from person to person and the size of swelling. As it is one of the simplest condition which is easily treatable by operation so should always be operated as early as possible.

I hope these information's will help you. If you have further queries I will be happy to help.

Brief Answer:
Pain is mainly felt at testicular area.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Welcome again to the forum and thanks for your further follow up.

As I said earlier that Varicocele is a simple condition of enlargement of veins a testicular area due to regurgitation of blood in veins.

The most common of the symptoms of pain are felt at testicular area only. Pain abdomen or pain in anal muscles or thighs is not very common. But if a person is more pain sensitive then one may feel referred pain at the nearby areas.

Sometimes due to anxiety related and stress related to other causes can also increase the pain perception at testicular area as well as nearby areas.

I hope these information's will help you. If you have further queries I will be happy to help.
