Question: Can using the high heat setting on hair dryer cause any flattening or lengthening of facial or head bones or any part of facial or head bones or any physical changes to facial or head bones?

No.

The bones of the face and other parts of the body are almost ossified at the age of 33years. Not any sort of physical strain can cause changes in the shape or contour of the bones.

By no chance hair dryer heat alters the bone structure.
