Question: Can turbulent blood flow be felt? I feel these strangest sensations throughout my body, and I do have heart disease.

Usually we can't feel our blood flow independent whether it is turbulent or not.
We can feel only when there is organ malperfusion as a result of decreased blood flow to organs. It is in the case of narrowed vessels.
