Necrotizing granulomatous lymphadenitis is not necessarily due to tuberculosis or cancer.
Necrotizing granulomatous is pathology in lymph node which can occur secondary to various infections like bacterial, viral, parasitic etc.
Clinical presentation and clinical symptomatology needs to be correlated with this pathological finding in lymph node.
