Question: Can tricsupid valve related edema and excessive swelling in the feet and the legs lead to amputations of the lower limbs?

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Tricuspid valve abnormality can as you know raise issues with circulation and delivery of blood, especially to the peripheries which is what is causing the swelling you are experiencing.

This only means that the delivery is poor and could also be due to a contribution to your blood pressure which is causing the swelling. I do not think the valve issue can result in amputation of the leg, but it can slowly lead to heart failure which will raise a number of issues. Amputation is highly unlikely because with rising cardiovascular issues, the more important and immediate issue would be life and well-being, and it would not really reach an amputation as other issues would result in morbidity before it comes to an amputation.
