Brief Answer:
No sugars, reduce oily and fried foods, abdominal exercises

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history, seen the photos and understood your concerns.
As per the weight and height you BMI is normal weight.
As for the accumulation of fat below the waistline and as seen in the photos the following can be tried in combination.
Nothing works alone:
Continue exercises wherein you have to stress more on the abdominal muscles so that they are strengthened well to reduce the flabbiness and thus reduced the protuberance.
Reduce carbohydrates, particularly the sugars in any form.
Get blood testosterone levels done as you have suspicion about it and this can be genetic too - if anyone in your blood-relatives have similar appearance, this may be difficult to control but not impossible.
Reduced oily and fatty things in diet.
This surely helps a lot in control of the belly fat.

I hope this answers your query.
Please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.

Dear sir,

Thanks for your quick response!
Sir, you have not given the cause, do I have test something in order to find out the root cause, I mean some hormonal test like fasting blood sugar, serum cortisol, serum testosterone, free/total, Thyroid hormone, estrogen level, pituitary imaging etc.

Do I need any surgery or do I need any specific sets of exercises?
Genetic, I haven't seen this problem in my family except(parents, elder brother) no one is alive in my blood relation so I'm not sure as its run in my family.

I'm avoiding sugar and all the white related product since a year.

Actually, I'm not able to figure it out why this is happening to me?

I am very much in stressed condition as the problem is not going, is that impossible to get rid of my current problem.

Sir, again I'm requesting you to have a look at the photographs kindly give the best solutions which I am needing desperately.

Best Regards

Brief Answer:
Please give details and post lateral view photographs.

Detailed Answer:
First of all calm down.
There is usually no specific reason for such an appearance as it is not massive or so. Belly fat accumulation of this extent is known to occur as the age advances as you are 28 years old.
Please give me additional information for me to assist you better and further:
Are you married?
Please post photos in lateral view that is side view too.
Any other symptoms that are present other than belly fat?
Why would you be worried so much?

Dear sir,

No, I'm not married, I don't have lateral view image but in lateral view, there has the significantly visible love handle. I don't have any other health-related issues besides that.

I am worried because it is very weird and not a healthy sign.

This is laughable to say that Belly fat accumulation of this extent is known to occur as the age advances, what you mean is to that at 28 it is a very common thing and this age is on the higher side to have this problem.

I am very sorry to say besides giving any suggestions, you had generalized, exaggerated and escalated the issue to such an extent that it appeared to be suspicious.

There could be so many reasons associated with this cause, like low testosterone(ARGENE), Glucose intolerance, Insulin like Growth factor-1, deficiency insulin hormone , cortisol hormone imbalance, increasing estrogen level, dihydrotestosterone level, Overactive thyroid gland, hypothalamus functioning, faulty AR Gene, chromosome abnormality, lack of rectus abdominal muscle(Genetic), sedentary lifestyle, imbalance of Diet etc.

I had made a sincere request to you instead of giving suggestions, you are generalizing the issue, I am very sorry to use those words, one should have read query properly in this forum before jumping the gun(answering ) so quickly.

Again I am requesting you to give the suggestions according to my problem without further generalizing on the concept of diet I already do know about the Diet and exercises I am not here for that what I am here is to for the medical-related causes.

Regards

Brief Answer:
As detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Read all the queries again, the follow-ups and the answers given above.
Your BMI suggest normal.
You do not have any other symptoms other than the one you have mentioned hence the answer towards the proper diet control and proper exercises under the trainer.
The exercises are to burn the extra calorie that is accumulated in the form of fat and to strengthen the abdominal muscles. Both these things will give you results and it takes time.
Secondly as you have mentioned the possible reasons there will be associated symptoms which you do not have.
If you have deep rooted doubts, it is best to get the relevant tests under the guidance of your Family Doctor as these tests needs a prescription and the results will help either to confirm or to rule out the possibilities and a reference to an Endocrinologist.

You have mentioned :
My problem is that body is very soft as compared to my other friend I mean to say I have very soft tissue like girls what I feel. and My lower region and my waistline lower stomach and love handle look like girls >
Yes it is advisable to get the consultation of Endocrinologist for proper clinical evaluation, examination and get the relevant tests done to be sure about your doubts.
Try to understand that the endocrinology is an intricate subject and hence the need to see an Endocrinologist. This alone can help you for proper evaluation.

Dear sir,

I am sorry to say that, you have not given any specific suggestions and advice, what you have given the DIET & EXERCISE is even known to the School going, kids.

I have requested you a quite few time to have a careful look at the photographs which I have uploaded, if you had paid careful look at the photograph, then you would have known that what I have is SUBCUTANEOUS FAT, not the VISCERAL FAT.Do I need to tell what is visceral fat and what is subcutaneous fat? I think you have to have a very vast experience in the field medical science so I must say that you must be knowing that.

Subcutaneous fat is very stubborn fat and it is nearly impossible to get rid of as it is not being very responsive to the DIET AND EXERCISE.

I would like to again reiterate that there could be so many causes associated with that like hormonal imbalances: high estrogen, low testosterone, low DHEA (a hormone of the adrenal glands), high insulin and high cortisol, Glucose intolerance, Androgen insensitivity, Endocrine disruptors, Chromosome Abnormality, AR GENE( Chromosome Xq11-12),thyroid hormones (TSH, T3, and T4), Blood sugar level (FASTING),Faulty Hypothalamus Gland,Growth hormone (GH) and acetylcholine(METABOLISM), Dihydro TESTOSTERONE etc.

I strongly disagreed with your views by saying that deficiency of above hormone always causes complications, I am saying NO, as they are manipulating the body ability in such a way that without even conducting BLOOD TEST no one can know.SO this hormone deficiency always doesn't come with any major complication or symptoms.

So acting step-by-step to Evaluate those above hormones to rule out any Deficiency without ruling that Your so CALLED DIET AND EXERCISE(ABDOMINAL) proved to be unresponsive and ineffective.

The subcutaneous fat/cellulite which is largely associated with women(ESTROGEN,
PROGESTERONE), are very rarely seen on Males(TESTOSTERONE) which is clearly indicating that something is not going well inside the body. And this is proved by the study that male does very rarely have subcutaneous fat.

You have to have a very vast experience in the field of Medicine, I am surprised that such experience Doctors saying laughable things what a typical school going kid might be known. Without researching anything on that topic, If diet and exercise are ultimate solutions why should anyone seeks any medical professional?.This is sheer negligence and unprofessional attitude of yours.

I would again be requesting you to give some genuine suggestions advice by looking carefully at photographs (besides DIET AND EXERCISE, which a school going kid knows) of subcutaneous fat and cellulite in terms of medical cause, no that school going kid type answer.Because you are trained DOCTOR and having lots of experience otherwise your experience is proved to be ineffective in my case.
