Brief Answer:
Just need to be a little vigilant

Detailed Answer:
Hello Maam

After going through the medical details provided by you i would like to tell you that as your bp stays low so you have to keep on monitoring your blood pressure if it goes below 100 mmHg systolic or you feel dizzy or giddy or uneasy then just lie on bed with your feet slightly raised, drink water and add some extra salt in your diet or take a cup of hot coffee.

I hope this information will guide you properly.

Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
