Brief Answer:
Raised creatinine and lymphocytes are generally not due to stress/anxiety.

Hello

Increased creatinine and lymphocytes are generally not due to stress/anxiety.
Increased creatinine may be due to renal parenchymal disease. These patient may need complete renal function assessment including routine hemogram, random blood sugar, serum urea, creatinine clearance,GFR,serum electrolytes, urine RE/ME etc.

Increased lymphocyte is generally due to viral infection. This need proper clinical assessment.

Thank you. I appreciate your help

I have had the results in my blood as follows:
RDW 15.3
Creatinine 100
Lymphocytes 1.07

Coupled with this I have had chronic diarrhea for around 3-4 months which I didn't take much notice of, I am now very stressed about it all.

Brief Answer:
It is important to exclude renal involvement.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Your findings suggests mildly raised creatinine level. This need proper evaluation of kidneys.
RDW is also raised and it may indicate anemia.Anemia may be due to renal problem.

Chronic diarrhea also need proper evaluation.Besides clinical assessment, you may need colonoscopy.Biopsy can taken if there is visualized abnormality in intestine.

Proper treatment depend upon findings. You may need diet restrictions.
