Question: I am employed person works Office jobs 8hrs per day smoothly and enjoyed it much but during holidays at home in afternoon after lunch I got headaches and have to take paracetamol...I want to ask y it is so ...? and happened only during at home in afternoon after lunch...? at job it doesn't happened any headaches...... male....age36...married...

Thanks for your query.

Headache you get is called tension headache, it does present itself during the same time of the day every episode when you are at rest.

I suggest you to get engaged in mind relaxation exercise like yoga or meditation soon after reaching home.

Medications would help you to get rid of the headache momentarily bur meditation will stop it altogether.
