Brief Answer:
It could be due to anxiety or depression

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I have gone through your query in detail and understand your concern towards your memory problems.

But memory problems are very uncommon at this age with out any significant history like head injury.

so, I could suspect depressive or anxiety symptoms or any stress that make you forget things.

please provide some more details about your symptoms like sad mood, sleep problems, or any anxiety symptoms like sweating, palpitations, nervousness etc, if any.

If any of these are present, it can be treated by antidepressants like SSRI drugs that is ESCITALOPRAM.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
Yes, so it could be due to depression

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understood that you might have either depressive or anxiety symptoms.

So, now it is clear that you have depressive symptoms .

Now, you can start on ESCITALOPRAM for depressive symptoms and CLONAZEPAM in the night to regulate your sleep.

Take Care!
