Can Strep Throat Reoccur Despite Completing A Zpack Course?

Question: I recently had strep a few weeks ago and now my sore throat is back. I was put on a zpack the first time. Could it be strep again?

Hello,

ZPACK is not a common medication for strep throat.

I think it can be strep infection again. You should do the strep test and take Amoxicillin in the case is positive.

I have these red patches on my forearm. They arent raised and dont itch. They are darker around the outside and get lighter as they come in.
