Question: I recently had strep a few weeks ago and now my sore throat is back. I was put on a zpack the first time. Could it be strep again?
Answered by Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi 10 minutes later

ZPACK is not a common medication for strep throat.

I think it can be strep infection again. You should do the strep test and take Amoxicillin in the case is positive.

I have these red patches on my forearm. They arent raised and dont itch. They are darker around the outside and get lighter as they come in.

Brief Answer:

Allergic reaction, follow the advices

Detailed Answer:

From your medical information, it looks like an allergic reaction.

If you can send me a photo it will be easier to diagnose.

Meanwhile, some advice that I can give to you is:

-Take antihistamines like Cetirizine orally once a day
-Take prescribed corticosteroids if you don't feel better .Your doctor can help you with the prescription.
-Use calming lotion for local relief.

I am waiting for the photo to confirm this diagnosis and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
