1)since when you are having breathlessness?

I have bronchial asthma from last 10 years. I used to be breathless when i had accute congestion but now i dont have congestion And i am on antacid for reflux esophigitis.
I got all my test done one year back and were ok. The breathlessness started a month back. .

1)Is it only during exertion that you have breathlessness or at rest also?What all precipitates your breathlessness?
2)Is it associated with swelling in legs or around eyes?
3)Any history of heart,kidney or liver disease?Any other medical illness?

Please upload your chest X-ray,ECG and complete haemogram report in follow-up.
