Brief Answer:
I think managing stress should be the priority for you

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

First of all I like to make it clear that brain fog and sinus issues are completely different and what you described is unlikely to be the part of sinus issues. I am stating this because no problem associated with sinus issues are relieved y just intake of coffee and no sinus issues can lead to problem which can affect core areas of interest (Mathematics for math teacher).

Having said this the problems with attention and concentration, clarity of thoughts with just intake of coffee and no other abnormality (I assume so because nothing more mentioned) in young female points toward possibility of stress. I understand that coffee helps you but without managing the stress the problem may become chronic which is often difficult to manage in compare to early stage.

In regard to management the only thing which you require at this stage is proper stress management. The stress management is not going to stop the problems over night but with progression of time there is good possibility that you have limited number of issues with decreased magnitude of problems if any.

I hope this helps you.
Feel free to write back to me if you have more questions.
Thanks and regards.
