Brief Answer:
Deep decay in tooth can be repaired with Root Canal treatment..

Detailed Answer:

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain deep decay in teeth can be repaired with Root Canal treatment which is a procedure to save the infected tooth/teeth inorder to avoid removal/ extraction..

If you have cavities in multiple teeth then treatment of each tooth will depend on the depth of decay..

Please send me x rays of your teeth that have cavities so that I can guide you that which tooth needs Root Canal treatment and which tooth can be saved with simply doing filling..

Any further questions are welcome..

Hope this helps..
