Can Radiofrequency Neurotomy Be Performed After Administering Local Anesthesia?
Question: I am having nerves burnt (radiofrequency) around l5 s1 because I have degeneration in lower back and disc is compressing my nerves. will this help and also can I do local anesthesia or do I have to go under. Thanks

Thanks. I had the right side radiofrequency Cryptanalysis in right lower back. Tomorrow is left side. Is this different than the neurotomy or is that the same thing? I had to do local anesthesia since I drank coffee this morning. Thanks

Thanks again. I know it will take a couple of weeks for the nerves to stop bothering me, right? Should I use ice or heat where the nerves that r bothering me since I had the rf? Also, what is good to help with bone on bone in lower back?
