There are case reports where pregnancy has taken place with just the pre ejaculate as it is known to contain small amount of sperm. However the likelihood of pregnancy with the pre ejaculate is low. It is because the vaginal secretion is spermcidial ( kills the sperms) so the small amount of sperm in the pre ejaculate will not be enough to reach the ova

The exact percentage of the chances of pregnancy with pre ejaculation is not known
