Kindly refer to the detailed answer below.

Detailed Answer:

Hello Mr. XXXXXXX,

After going through your medical details provided by you I understand your concern for your health and I would like to tell you that if all of your cardiac tests came out to be normal then you need not to worry as for now and should continue with Rosuvastatin and Olmesartan.

Yes, you can take Pomegranate juice for your cholesterol control and you can also modify your diet form normal to DASH diet which will again help you in good control of cholesterol and blood pressure.

Keep checking your Lipid profile and electrolytes once I’m in 3 months.

Hopefully, this information will answer your query.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards.

thanks . But is it okay to have rosuvastatin along with promengranate juice as I was reading on the net that it is a very dangerous combination . secondly I achieved 90 percent of the mhr during tmt test without any abnormality . is it okay?

Brief Answer:
Hello again.

Detailed Answer:

Your point is right, as excessive intake of pomegranate juice will increase the metabolism of your body by affecting liver enzymes which can cause muscle aches but once or twice in a week it can be taken.

As all your tests are within the normal range that is why I advised you to change your normal diet to DASH diet only which will be a sufficient preventive treatment as for now.

Yes achieving 90% of target heart rate during Treadmill test is pretty good as the 85% target heart is acceptable to limit.

Hope I have answered your query.
