I can understand your concern.
Obviously I am asking for HIV test just to relieve your stress not because your symptoms are suggestive of HIV.
So don't worry, get done HIV testing. It will definitely come negative.
Don't worry about tonsil or throat pain. It will definitely subside.
For your head pain, apply warm water pad on affected areas. Sleep with proper head support and in supine position only.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.

ok sir. one last question please suggest me something for this headache, sneezing thorat and ear irritations. same things happened 3 months back when i discus with you and suddenly all the symptoms finished. now these all problems came again but this time along with tonsil and headache (tonsil pain near about finished now).
can u suggest some medicine? is this sinus? or is this due to seasonal allergy? and why it finished 3 month back and now came again? every thing was fine including stomach cold flue sneezing.

Brief Answer:
Start combination of anti histamine and anti allergic drugs.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you should start combination of anti histamine (levocetrizine or fexofenadine) and anti allergic (montelukast) for at least 6 months.
This combination should be taken at night time before going to sleep.
This is not Sinus related. Possibility of seasonal allergy is more.
You might have exposed to some allergen which is causing all these symptoms. Ongoing stress also worsen allergies.
So don't worry, avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
