Can Paraovarian Cyst Contribute To Fertility Problems?

Question: yesterday i was told i have paroovarian cyst on the right side. Its size 39*24*24 mm. I never had been pregnant. Now i am very worried if i ever will get pregnant, and how it will affect my pregnancy. The Internet says paroovarian cysts never go away on their own, only surgery can help. Please give me some advice!

Paraovarian cyst do not cause any problem or delay in conception.
The cyst, if not causing any side effects like compression of the ureters, or cause swelling in kidneys, then it need not to be removed at the small size like yours.

Sorry, it was a typing mistake.
This paraovarian cyst will 'not' cause any problems once the pregnancy is there.
Yes, 4 cm is a small size and need no surgery until there are any problems which I mentioned.
