Can One's Height Be Increased At The Age Of 28?

Question: Hi Sir/Madam,

Greetings of the day, dear sir am 28 years old and my height is 5 ft.45"in , I want to increase my height to 5.8 at least 5.7. Please guide me what should i have to do to reach my goal. Please provide me all important information what to do what diet i should prefer.

Hello,

I'm sorry but there is nothing you can do at this point. A man's bones usually stop growing after the age of 26 and most men have already reached their final height at a younger age. Even if you were younger, hormonal treatment would not be right or recommended because your height is unlikely to be caused by hormonal imbalance (although it cannot be excluded as an acquired late-onset disorder). If you have been growing normally and your growth rate suddenly ceased then perhaps you should talk with an endocrinologist for appropriate testing. Even if a hormonal disorder is revealed with testing, you won't be able to increase your height... so do not be mislead by phony ads.
