Can One Have Kalms While On Citalopram?

Question: hi i have recently started to take citalopram 10mg after my partner left me out of the blue, the trouble is i cant eat alot only been on them for 5 days wondered if kalms would help?

I am so sorry to hear about this depression following what your partner did. 5days is such a little time for citalopram to have started to work. I will rather suggest that you wait patently as this drug will take 2-3weeks for effective action and only then should you get concerned about it not possibly working. If in that time there is no significant improvement, only then will I suggest that you add kalms which is a herbal product with good reviews and used in the management of depression.
