Brief Answer:
Post exposure prophylaxis against rabies.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
You have severe cut injury on little finger (WHO Class III wound) and you have already taken 3 doses of inj Rabipur as post exposure prophylaxis. You have to take one more dose of inj Rabipur on 14 th day. A fifth dose on day 28 is no longer recommended.

However you have not mentioned whether you had taken simultaneous passive immunization with rabies immune globulin (RIG).If RIG is not immediately given , it should be administered no later than 7 days after the first vaccine dose. After day 7, it should not be given ,as endogenous antibodies are being produced, and passive immunization may actually be counterproductive.

Drinking liquor is not going to affect your immunization against rabies.

Routine measurement of serum neutralizing antibody titers ( level above 0.5 IU/ml indicating immunity)after the course of post-exposure prophylaxis is not required,You don't to have to under go any test to confirm immunization against rabies. The antibody response is so predictable that it need not normally be checked,

Brief Answer:
Post exposure prophylaxis against rabies.

Detailed Answer:
Since you have not taken RIG within 7 days after the first vaccine dose,it is no longer recommended ; neither it is useful now.
Since you have Class III wound (i.e hand-highly innervated regions ),you can take 5th dose on 28 th day. It is safe . Inj Rabipur literature also carries similar 5 dosage schedule.

Brief Answer:
Post exposure prophylaxis against rabies.

Detailed Answer:
What I can find from the photo attached that you have stitched up the wound.
The wound should be left unsutured. In case the wound needs to be sutured for hemostasis or primary union, RIG should be infiltrated into the wound before it is stitched up. The problem is RIG may not be immediately available.
Hopefully you have taken tetanus booster dose.
You can take non-veg during your vaccination.
