Brief Answer:
Reflux disease

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

I understand your concern about the reflux disease. I can certainly help you with this. I shall answer your questions point wise so that I do not miss any

1. Reflux is caused by obstruction to the bladder. Urethral obstruction is the most likely cause in this 20-year-old child. Here there will be obstruction to the free flow of urine out of the bladder

2. You must go to a urologist for this

3. Surgical or not depends on the grade of reflux. Higher grades and severe reflux is surgically corrected whereas minimal ones are treated medically. However in Raya's case, she might require surgical correction

4. Robotic surgery might not be possible but she can opt for a minimally invasive surgery also known as key hole surgery

I hope I was of help, I understand your anxiety, please get back to me for any further assistance

Brief Answer:
Precautions

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for getting back

There are no absolute precautions to be taken as of now before further evaluation. But I would advise a low salt diet and to avoid red meat.
