Thanks for posting on healthcaremagic. Yes you can give mutton paya soup to a child of 7 month age and there is no harm in it. However if you wish to give mutton as well, you need to boil it very much and in fully mashed form. As a matter of fact, you can give the mashed up version of adult diet low on spices.
