Can Missing An Antipyretic Dose Cause Any Risks After Recovering From Viral Fever?

Question: My child aged 5&1/2 years has just recovered from Viral fever after 3 days.Today it is Fourth day and he is having no fever since morning.I gave him MeftalP(100mg/5ml) at 04:30PM accidentally.It is also brought out that no Antipyretic has been administered today since morning.Is this a matter to be worried.

I won't get worried as this dose usually does not cause any problem.Meftal P is used in fever to bring down the temperature. But if given to a child with normal temperature it usually does not causes further fall in temperature because of body's regulatory mechanism.
As already 5 hours has been passed it's unlikely to develop complication now.
Just monitor for temperature and if you notice that child is very cold(which is unlikely) please get him to a pediatrician.
